You'll need the following materials: an LED string taken from a glowing balloon, a 4056 charging module, a silicone tube, a small headphone battery, a switch, and a bottle cap.

First, thread the LED string through the silicone tube and poke a hole in the bottle cap to pass the tube through.

Next, install the battery inside the bottle cap and connect it to the charging board.

After that, attach the switch to the bottle cap.

Then, make a hole for the charging port.

Now it's time to test it. If the switch works correctly and the LED lights up normally, you're good to go. You can then seal everything with glue.
